01 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the cuci24 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. cuci24 reserves the right to request written proof to verify eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. cuci24 takes child protection seriously and will verify a player's age whenever there is reasonable suspicion.
• You must register using genuine and accurate personal information — your full name, phone number, email address, and an active bank account number in your own name.
• Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual using different information is a serious violation and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must play using your own personal funds — not funds belonging to others or funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Use of cuci24 must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. The responsibility for ensuring such compliance rests entirely with you as a member.

02 Member Account & Security

Your cuci24 account is your personal responsibility. Once registration is complete, you are fully accountable for all activity that occurs under that account — whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to your login credentials.

• Keep your password confidential. Do not share your cuci24 login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an added layer of protection. cuci24 strongly recommends this step for all members.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the cuci24 support team immediately via live chat for prompt action.
• Cuci24 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. If you receive such a request, it is a fraudulent attempt — do not comply.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access cuci24 is free from malware, keyloggers, and other security threats.

03 Deposit & Payment Methods

Cuci24 supports a wide range of deposit methods suited for Malaysian players, including FPX bank transfers, eWallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), cash deposits via selected banks, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed instantly or within a set timeframe depending on the chosen method.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most payment methods. The maximum daily deposit limit is subject to your account level.
• Funds you deposit must come from a legitimate source in your own name. cuci24 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Every deposit will be credited to your cuci24 account upon successful transaction verification. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact cuci24 support with your payment proof.
• Cuci24 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, your financial service provider may impose their own charges — this is beyond cuci24's control.
• Deposits made through unofficial channels or third-party agents not recognised by cuci24 are at your own risk. cuci24 is not liable for any resulting losses.

04 Fund Withdrawal & Procedures

Cuci24 processes withdrawals quickly and transparently. Players who have completed KYC verification may withdraw to a Malaysian bank account or eWallet registered in their own name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for bank transfers and eWallets.
• EWallet withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes upon approval. FPX bank transfers are completed within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• KYC verification — including submission of a copy of your identity card and bank account proof — must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account bearing the registered member's name. cuci24 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• If there is an active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements, withdrawals may be blocked until those requirements are fully met.
• In cases requiring additional security or compliance review, cuci24 reserves the right to process withdrawals within up to 3 working days.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Cuci24 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Please read the promotion terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members who register and make their first deposit at cuci24.
• The wagering (rollover) requirements for each bonus will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. These requirements must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Using multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and possible account suspension.
• Cuci24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect bonuses already active in a member's account.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including matched betting using bonus funds — may result in bonus cancellation without compensation.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the defined period and will be credited according to the schedule stated in the relevant promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the cuci24 platform — including slot games, live casino, fish shooting, and sports betting — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. cuci24 only partners with game providers that use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent international bodies.

• The results of all games are final once a round or hand is completed. No appeals can be made against settled game results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, cuci24 will review the server logs to determine the valid result. Results determined by the cuci24 server system are final.
• The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slot game is stated in the respective game information. cuci24 does not modify the RTP set by the original provider.
• In live casino games, results announced by the dealer at the table are final, subject to video recording review in the event of a dispute.
• Sports bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies. cuci24 reserves the right to delay bet settlement until official results are confirmed.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

Cuci24 maintains a safe and fair playing environment for all members. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other members is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against the accounts involved.

• Collusion Fraud: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play on cuci24 without written authorization.
• Money Laundering: Using the cuci24 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing unauthorized chargeback claims on deposits that have already been used for gameplay.
• Bug Exploitation: Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to obtain undeserved winnings or credits.
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or verbally abusing cuci24 staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Wagering Limits & Responsible Gaming

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their cuci24 account settings. Limits take effect immediately once configured.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Cuci24 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for legitimate reasons, including breaches of the Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, regulatory authority requests, or at the member's own request.

• Account suspensions due to security reasons or ongoing investigations will be communicated to the member via their registered email, unless such disclosure could compromise the investigation.
• If an account is closed without any breach of terms, the available fund balance will be returned to the member via the original or an agreed alternative method within 5 business days.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact cuci24 support. Closure requests will be processed within 3 working days upon completion of identity verification.
• Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible for any refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

11 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Cuci24 provides an online gaming platform with best-effort commitment to ensuring continuous, high-quality service. However, there are liability limitations that every member should understand.

• Cuci24 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, hardware failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Game results that have been validly settled cannot be voided due to technical disruptions on the player's side, including the player's own internet connection issues.
• Cuci24's maximum total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Cuci24 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, bugs, or technical disruptions. We are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

12 Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Cuci24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the cuci24 website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

• Material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except in situations requiring immediate action.
• Continued use of the cuci24 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cuci24 operates. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
• If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
